Mauro Savoia

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Savoia has over 25 years of experience in finance and real estate. In his many years of activity he has been responsible for transactions with over Euro 10 billion in value. His activity has ranged from capital markets and M&A transactions to real estate and structured debt transactions.

In 2009 Mr. Savoia founded Three Stars Capital Partners, of which he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to that, Mr. Savoia was asked by Merrill Lynch to head the Real Estate Lending Group in order to set up a new product platform in Italy.

Previously, Mr. Savoia worked at Morgan Stanley in the Mergers & Acquisition Department, to then move in the Securitized Products Group and CMBS team within the bank.

Mr. Savoia holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and was awarded with Premio Gemelli as “Best Graduate of the 1995 Class”.

Mr. Savoia also holds an MBA in Finance from HBU in Houston (TX).
